Flax and chia truffles

Ingredients:

¼ cup flax seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
¾ cup grated coconut (optional)

Preparation:

Hydrate the flax and chia seeds in cold water for 10-15 minutes until the seeds absorb all the water.

Incorporate the sugar and cook over a medium heat moving constantly until a dough is obtained. Remove from the heat and let cool. If you want, you can incorporate the grated coconut.

Make small balls and roll them in the seeds, coconut or coat them with chocolate.
