Dipped chicken strips

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
2 eggs
½ cup soy sauce
2 cups sesame seeds
Oil to fry and spread in a baking sheet

For the sauce:

1 ½ cup of soy sauce
Juice of half an orange
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon of grated ginger

Preparation:

Cut the chicken in strips and reserve.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the soy sauce and incorporate the chicken seasoned with pepper. Let it settle for 30 minutes approximately.

Dip each chicken strip in the sesame seeds.

Fry with plenty of very hot oil or cook them in an oven at a medium temperature for 20 minutes approximately.

For the sauce, mix the soy, the juices and the ginger. It is recommended to prepare it 30 minutes earlier to obtain a more intense flavor.
