Ingredients:
For the wok:
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 carrot
1 onion
1 leek
Branches of broccoli
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon grated ginger
Ground pepper
½ cup soy sauce
For the seasoning:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
40 g toasted almonds
Coarse sea salt
Different kinds of ground pepper
Preparation:
Cut the vegetables in strips and cook them in a frying pan with the oil. When they are soft, add the ginger and the pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes and remove from the heat. Incorporate the soy sauce. Reserve.
For the seasoning:
Mix all the ingredients and use it when cooking any wok preparation.
If you have any leftover, you can keep it in a sealed jar or cold place.
