Vinagretas:
Para pescados
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chia oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of white and black sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients together and use with fish and seafood.
Salad vinaigrette:
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chia oil
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
- Sea coarse salt
- Pepper of different colors
Place all ingredients in a mortar and crush. Crushed seeds can be sprinkled on the seeds.
