Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of clarified butter or ghee
- 3 tablespoons of cold water
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 and ½ cup of chia flour
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Flatten the dough on a 22 cm with removable bottom, pre-cook in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at a medium temperature. This base can be used for sweet or savory pies.
