Ingredients:
- 150 g of crushed chia seeds
- 50 g of chia seeds
- 200 g of corn syrup
- 50 g of white sugar
- 50 g of peeled and roasted almonds
Preparation:
Dilute the corn syrup at low temperature in a small pot, add sugar and mix for 5 minutes, add almonds and take off the fire. Leave to settle for a while and then pour on a flat surface and flatten with rolling pin or with hands, until getting a square about 1 cm thick.
Cut into squares and store in a closed container.
