Chocolate and chia brownie

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 5 chocolate bars
  • 150 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • 1 cup of chia flour
  • 1/4 cup of ground nuts

 

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave, add the eggs one by one, the sugar and the chia flour, mix and add the ground nuts. Pour the mix into a square mold, lined with baking paper. Bake at a medium temperature for about 35 minutes.
