Ingredients for 2.5 liters:
- 500 cc of lemon verbena syrup
- The juice of 4 lemons
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 liters of water for the syrup
Preparation:
To prepare the syrup, in a small pot, put 500 g of sugar, half a liter of water, and 20 lemon verbena leaves, boil until it becomes a light syrup, strain and use.
Put the syrup, the juice, the seeds and the water in a jar, stir and leave to settle. Before drinking it, add some lemon slices and lemon verbena leaves.
