Fresh smoothie with chia seeds

Ingredients for two cups:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • Some lemon juice
  • Some mint leaves
  • Some artificial sweetener drops
  • 3/4 glass of water
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Preparation:

In a blender, mix the fruits with the juice, the mint leaves, the sweetener and the water. Put the chia seeds in. Blend for few more minutes, pour the smoothie into two large glasses and drink right away so as to not lose any property.
