Chia-crusted fish

Ingredients for two servings:

  • 500 g of salmon
  • 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons of chia oil
  • 4 tablespoons of pepper
  • 1 cup of chia seed
  • 2 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • Oil aerosol

Preparation:

Mix the soy sauce, the lemon juice, the orange juice and the oil. Let the fish macerate in the mixture for about 20 minutes. Coat the fish with a chia and pepper mix. Spray a plate with oil and cook the fish at a medium temperature for 20 minutes.
