Amaranth Cream with Chocolate

Ingredients:

200 g amaranth
400 cc milk
½ cup sweet chocolate
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation:

Cook the amaranth until it is soft, add the milk and the sugar.

Dissolve the chocolate in a double boiler and add the amaranth so it continues boiling until it thickens. Remove from the heat and let cool. Put the amaranth in a bowl and beat until it has a creamy consistency. Add the vanilla and serve it in cup.
