Corn and Amaranth Tortillas

Ingredients:

200 g amaranth flour
200 g corn flour
1 cup milk or water
1 egg
1 tablespoon baking powder (optional)
1 tablespoon vanilla essence (optional)

Preparation:

Mix the amaranth flour, the corn flour, the milk and the egg. Stir thoroughly until a light dough is obtained. Slightly lubricate a frying pan and when it is hot enough, put a spoon with the dough prepared on it. When the tortilla is full of bubbles, flip it and let it cook.

Serve them with honey, sprinkle with sugar or just alone.
