Flax seed and tomatoes crunchy

Ingredients:

150 g flax seeds
150 g fresh tomatoes
75 g pepper
½ onions
Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:

Grate all the vegetables and mix with the seeds. Put the preparation on a sheet with parchment paper. With a spoon, pressure the mixture and spread it until a fine even layer is obtained. Cook it in an oven at a low temperature until it dries. Cut in servings.
