<p>Dilute the corn syrup at low temperature in a small pot, add sugar and mix for 5 minutes, add almonds and take off the fire. Leave to settle for a while and then pour on a flat surface and flatten with rolling pin or with hands, until getting a square about 1 cm thick.</p>
<p>Cut into squares and store in a closed container.</p>
